Dates and times for service provision are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
3. Payments

Payments must be made in accordance with the details provided by Pretty Girls Churros.

Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours before the event may incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Limitations of Liability

Pretty Girls Churros will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss.

Our total liability in relation to any event will not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Pretty Girls Churros for the event.
6. Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully with all Pretty Girls Churros staff. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. It's the client's responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Texas Law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas/USA.
